Small, smart living
We transformed at 70 sqm apartment using the inherent flexibility of the concrete framed mega structure to selectively remove non-structural partitions. This allowed the opening up of the living, kitchen, dinding space to create open plan living.
Bespoke joinery elements included deep seated dining/ window dining booth to luxuriate in light and views, bespoke terrazzo slab topped kitchen island, bar and oak, backlight wall panelling to hall with concealed storage and bathroom doors.
