London has a wealth of historic neighbourhoods and distinct contexts each requiring a site specific response.
On the edge of the Cricket Green Conservation Area, we have been exploring the roofscape and balcony as distinct devices to create a diversity of flat types and embed the design in context.
The project for 19 apartments and communal space and is currently in planning.
